One more thing to mention, I've been looking into getting a good camera so that I can take pictures of pretty much everywhere I go and possibly my work. Sometime soon I'm counting on having one either my own or a rental so hopefully this will inspire me to make more posts. I think picture blogging would be a lot easier for me to keep up with and I don't know about you but I'm a very visual person so I find it nice to look through pictures rather than reading a bunch of long posts. So that's it, but really, I'm going to go do some homework now. Bye!
Wow, it's been a long while since my last post. As you may be able to tell, I'm not the best at keeping up with blogging but I'll do my best to try! A lot has happened since I've started my blog. I'm currently finishing up the first year of my fashion design program, which is crazy! It feels like just last week I was at orientation. In three weeks I'm going home to visit friends and family so I'm very excited about that.
I have about a month off then I start my second year. School has been pretty chill, I've been learning basically how to sew, draft patterns, and I've been trying to work on improving my sketching. I can definitely see a difference from when I started school. My teachers have for the most part been amazing, and really inspiring to me since I am so new to all of this.
Right now I should be working on homework and I've been procrastinating hardcore this weekend..why are long weekends so distracting to getting work done? You'd think since you have more time, you'll get more stuff done. I guess I just don't work like that. Maybe updating my blog will be easier if I do it when I'm procrastinating, since I won't be doing anything important anyways. Yup, sounds good to me!
That's all for now folks, but on the real, I'm going to go try to be productive. Have a good Memorial Day :)

BEAUTY FOODS
I'm sure many girls, like me, are constantly on the hunt for a miracle beauty product to cure their skin problems. Whether it be a good moisturizer for dry skin, an effective acne fighter, or a wrinkle/spot reducer, there always seems to be that one perfect product that we are on the look out for. So what is it that we usually end up doing? Buying tons of products that claim to deliver the results we want but, although some of these products may be making a slight difference, I've realized that we are ignoring the answer, even though it is right in front of us!
So what is this miracle cure that I've thought up? It's nothing new or undiscovered and the best part is that it is totally accessible to all of us!
You know the old saying, "you are what you eat"? This is the foundation of my answer. Instead of piling on different products, adjusting your diet to fit in certain healthy, natural foods could be your answer to the beautiful skin you have always wanted.
After researching, I've compiled a list of foods that are known to help improve the condition of skin:

It's almost that time of the year once again!
For the coveted Pumpkin Spice Latte to hit Starbucks cafes once again and like the rest of us, I can't wait until it's back in town! As an avid coffee enthusiast, I fell in love with this drink ever since I first had one years back now. I guess since I have been drinking it for so long, I immediately think of PSLattes when the fall comes around.
I was researching the seasonal drink today and I came across a rumour that you can get the drink in your local store if you just ask! It's apparently part of the "secret menu" but I'm doubting that you will be able to get your hands on one until the store actually gets the shipment of syrup, or flavouring, or really whatever it is that makes a Pumpkin Spice Latte a pumpkin spice latte.
As you may know, Chicago won Starbucks' national contest to see which town could promote themselves the most in order to recieve the drink a week or so before every other town. I believe it has also hit Seattle, which I would hope it has seeing as how it's Starbucks' hometown.
I'll try and see if I can really get my hands on one before they are officially back using the "just ask for it" method and I'll let you know if it really does work.
All I know is that until I get one in my hands, I'll just daydream of the sweet, delicous, pumpkin-yness with cinnamon and nutmeg on top.

Back To School Fashion Video (Bring your Summer Wardrobe into Fall)
I came across this video on youtube (by chrisellelim) about how to transition your clothes from Summer to Fall. I have seen other videos like this, but none of the outfits were as creative, fashionable, and well-thought out as these. Enjoy :)
How do you transition pieces from your wardrobe from Summer to Fall?
